Most ignorant and uncaring staff I have ever dealt with at a government level. When I graduated law school and got out of this town I was so happy simply because I never had to interact with the slow staff at this office.
The manager called me a liar and refused to give me my mail until I made him pull the registration info and point out my own signature on MY OWN box. An employee lied to me saying it took two weeks to get a new postal key made, when they had extras available at the very moment in the back.
Wonderful Customer Service. The Postmaster and the rest of the staff are top notch. Our community is very lucky to have such a great post office.
